Olivier Bonnard is a Quebecois illustrator, painter, and sculptor, born in 1990. He graduated from Concordia University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Animation Film. During his university studies and following his graduation, he traveled the world to do mural art projects. During this period, he saw the importance of buildings and their role in a community. In 2018, he participated in the opening of independent spaces where artistic disciplines can coexist. His approach remains instinctive and is based on the study of forms and materials in a given place. He is inspired by history, the organic forms of nature and makes sure to respond to the political and social climate by proposing unexpected works.
