Born in Belgium and based in Hong Kong, the artist and illustrator Caratoes (real name: Cara To) describes herself as a space designer who increases the beauty and serenity of a place with her artwork and a precise message. Cara has worked in many different areas, including animation and game design, and her artwork spans across many mediums and genres while retaining a strong recognizable character. Some of her recent projects include hand-made 3D hologram illustrations, paintings that are accented with geometric string-work, and GIFs that are nothing if not visual candy.
