1010 (ten-ten) is a contemporary artist from Poland who grew up in Germany. Today based in Hamburg, he is known for his enigmatic works and illusions in trompe-l’oeil he paints on the walls of the world. He plays with the perspectives and disturbs our landmarks by creating portals that cross the walls. Although he has been active for more than a decade on the international scene, the 1010’s identity is surrounded by some mystery, making his art more elusive and adventurous.
