Vexx (b.1998) is a Belgian artist based in Brussels, best known for his vibrant doodle-style works that capture vividly creative scenes one might see in a dream. He has been fortunate enough to collaborate with brands like Skechers, Gucci, Porsche, Disney, Nickelodeon and more.
One of the most imaginative young artists working today, Vexx makes work that is easy to recognize but difficult to categorize. His signature characters, which he calls ‘Doodles’, pair imaginative and pop-culture imagery with a contemporary aesthetic. By creating a colorful cast of characters inspired by childhood influences, art history, and pop culture, he blurs boundaries between high and low.
As a result of his talent, Vexx has quickly become one of the most recognized artists on social media, with over 2.8 million subscribers on YouTube and nearly 750 thousand on Instagram. Vexx’s work has been exhibited at prominent international Museums and Galleries, including CAFA Art Museum in Beijing, Moco Museum in Amsterdam, Petersen Museum in Los Angeles.
