Onur is a photo-realistic artist with Turkish roots based in Solothurn, Switzerland. Initially a painter and stage designer, he uses the roller and brushes as his favorite tools. Onur uses painting experimentally to produce unexpected effects on his large-scale works. It is inspired by the moments of everyday life to freeze them in time. In his creations, the characters seem seized in the moment and seem detached from their environment.
